- Participate in the project pre-project review meeting organized by the business manager, provide professional opinions from a design perspective based on the relevant information in the project application form, and assist in completing the project review.
- To complete the project approval review project, complete a collaborative visit with the business manager at the time agreed with the customer, go to the customer site to understand the customer’s needs and collect surrounding related surveys, and complete the completion of the project application form (design).
- Based on the relevant needs learned at the customer site, we cooperate with business personnel to review the project again to further clarify customer needs.
Design planning and project review.
- Based on relevant information and data, we will start to create ideas and draft preliminary planning plans. After internal discussions and approval, we will fully communicate with customers for confirmation and modification.
- Based on the information at hand, organize the team to carry out design planning, implement the design details, and complete the preliminary conceptual scheme design, overall rendering design, and the production of scheme PPT.
- During the design process, you should maintain good daily communication with the customer’s design or technical contact person, discuss and provide timely feedback on modification opinions, and explain and modify the design plan questions and requirements raised by the customer.
- Responsible for organizing the internal team of the design department to review the project design plan, and modify and improve the plan based on the review results.
Customer project planning reports and plans improvement.
- Follow up the entire process of product building in the R&D department, deliver the final product results to the deepening team, arrange orders to the deepening team, and complete planning modeling and scene deepening design.
- Develop PPT layout design and copy writing explanation based on the plan renderings.
- Agree with the customer on the time for the plan report and choose to go to the customer’s site or online to report the plan to the customer.
- Based on the results of the customer’s plan report, timely arrangements are made for in-depth designers to revise and improve the design plan before reporting to the customer again.
Technical support during project implementation.
- During the project implementation process, provide technical explanations to the project implementation manager and provide various technical support during the implementation process.
