The conventional hospital environment is uncomfortable for almost every child. The cold lighting, lifeless colors, and the lingering smell of disinfectant make people feel extremely tired every time they go to the hospital. Therefore, more attention has been paid to the design of maternity and child hospitals around the world, so that hospitals can not only give birth to newborns and treat diseases, but also take better care of the psychological needs of children. Hence, the concept of “paradise” is injected into the design, changing people’s stereotypes about hospitals.The design of the indoor soft playground is based on the theme of “forest”, creating a relaxed and natural entertainment atmosphere, and creating the theme of the entire park by extracting forest elements and using flat design techniques. In terms of indoor playground equipment, we selectively arrange it according to the characteristics of the customer base of the children’s hospital. A large amount of space focuses on children aged 2-8 and parent-child entertainment, while taking into account some of the play demands of middle-aged and older children, creating an indoor children’s entertainment space with rich functions, a strong atmosphere, and distinct themes.
